Selection
The utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personal accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to viragoes vetting. Further the internal security department in each region is responsible for verification and background checks on service record of all employee.
Training
We have a own training center with residential and messing facilities. In training center own playground obstacles center and fully equipped computerized classrooms. Before deployment on duty place a 28 days compulsory training program essential for every candidate.
- It includes basic training of drill.
- Practical training of working on sites.
- Fire fighting training by expert engineers. First Aid training
- Do’s and don’t on duty place.
- Maintenance of records on duty place related with the security department.
Supervision
We also realize that Supervision is equally important in order to provide quality service. In this regard, we have a strong operations team comprising of Managers, Inspectors, and patrol supervisors who are constantly checking on our assignments and Guards. A 24 Hrs. Control Room further backs this so that both clients and guards can obtain assistance at any time.
Recrutment Process
We have a separate recruitment cell with qualified Ex Army professional. In this recruitment process we followed the following steps in recruitment process.
- Organized camp in different District headquarters
- Through News paper publicity and reference persons of employed persons and reference of any known person.
- FAnalysis of their personality through personnel interview.
- Analysis of their physical efficiency through physical endurance test.
- Verification of their educational qualification, residential proof and character verification.
- Police verification.
- Medical checkup from authorized medical officer.
